Restorative Practices in Schools – a replicating model (IO2)
The aim is to identify best practices that will support the existing model through a benchmarking process. In this output, we concentrate our attention on restorative practices and its implementation through a model that includes all the practices able to respond to the participant schools’ needs. After the implementation, a collection of existing models of restorative practices will be available. Once these models have been selected and worked in a comprehensive way, they will be adapted to the needs of local schools.
Guide to Implementing a Restorative School Center: Guide on partnering with local schools and community (IO3)
After obtaining the results of the previous output, we shall define a work methodology and guidelines to support the creation of a restorative school center. A model and guide to implement it will be created for this output. A pilot will also be conducted to understand the effectiveness of this outlined methodology and to fine-tune strategies for the implementation of these restorative school centers.
