The impact of our project looks to:
  • people who directly experience the problem (pedagogical and technical teams and learners in schools)
  • people who indirectly deal with the problem (all the elements of the school the community in general)
  • potential agents of change (partner organizations and key stakeholders) who can influence the people and the conditions that contribute to the problem

What we expect to achieve:
  • enhancement of the ability to deliver solutions through the usage of restorative practices
  • adoption of mechanisms for improving student behavior and reducing the need for suspensions
  • capacity to prevent conflict;
  • ability to repair damaged relationships;
  • development of opportunities for students to take responsibility and accountability for their actions, and face the impact of their behavior on others
  • improvement of educational achievement
  • reduction of exclusionary discipline incidents that can ultimately lead to drop out school
  • increase of safety and wellbeing
  • prevention of negative feelings of fear, anger and blame
  • prevention of stigmatization and social exclusion
