Multiplier events
Six different national events under the title Restorative School Center - a solution for schools will take place in Romania, Portugal, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Latvia and Spain.  These national events aim to promote the project and engage key national stakeholders and experts to discuss the project results and outcomes and to provide feedback and inputs about its future adoption. During the multiplier events, all partners will take the opportunity to present the School & Solutions framework for future implementation and reach the interest of stakeholders for its sustainability.
The target group is represented by teachers, educators, psychologists, therapists, parents, social and educational technicians etc.
Short-term joint staff training events
1. How schools face conflict?
Leading Organization: Școala Gimnazială Nr. 28
This staff training event in Latvia on school problem-solving practices (the main topic of Intellectual Output 1) will showcase the practices used by schools for conflict resolution and community involvement in these processes and it will provide teachers and professionals at educational level an understanding of what has been done in a European context, particularly in the partner countries.
2. Handling schools’ conflict with success - restorative circles
Leading organization: IES María Blasco
This event hosted in Spain will be built on the theme of the restorative practices in schools (this time in relation to Intellectual Output 2) and  their implications. It will provide the participants with an understanding of what can be done when using these practices in school context and in community engagement processes. It is intended to prove that these practices can be seen as facilitators of conflict resolution and that they are important in bringing together various members of the community in this
resolution process.
3. Engagement methodologies through restorative practices - A guide to implement a restorative school center
Leading organization: Sehit Polis Ismail Ozbek Ortaokulu

The main topic of this event to be held in Turkey is the introduction of restorative practices as an effective methodology for conflict resolution in a school context, presenting a restorative school center model (as per Intellectual Output 3). The goal is to demonstrate
that the systematic implementation of restorative practices, through a restorative school center, can be a complementary means of enhancing effective conflict resolution in a school context, along with other proven practices.

As Turkish team, the first staff trainig was very important. Because we found us in a new world. Some of us have been abroad for the first time or travelled by plane. And we talked to much about that with this project we remembered our bachelors life. So the first meeting was full of firsts in our life. After landed on Barcelona we discovered this beautiful city.

Next day, we had a loooong train journey to Alicante. It was really the longest one (nearly nine hours) for us. When we arrived the train station in Alicante, It was nearly midnight.

At the first day of the traning we welcomed with smile faces by our Spanish partners.

In order to acquaint the other teachers of the school with the newly acquired knowledge, a presentation with infographics about the restorative circle, storytelling therapy and the Program TEI was created.
We have translated the restorative question card so that every teacher can use it in the future, resolving conflict situations with the help of the restorative circle. We discussed how to better implement the acquired knowledge on methods for resolving conflict situations in the teaching process of Zemgale Secondary School.
